This is the twice yearly publication of the Carp society
It is free to members.The society is well worth joining and has
many overseas members as well as those in the UK.
The magazine has a wide range of articles with a nice junior
section for the younger anglers to get into print.
People donate articles free of charge but as the magazine is published
only twice a year only the best articles tend to appear.
As with any magazine well written technical articles tend to stand the
best chance of being included as there tends to be a glut of "look what
i have caught" articles .
The features editor is the prolific angler and writer Julian Cundiff
Im sure he could advise you on the content of articles.
